Apple began rolling out iOS 27 for users here in Australia in the current week. The new build is live for eligible iPhone models. To get the update, go to Settings. Then tap General. Then tap Software Update. The phone will look for the update and display it if the device is supported. Not every older device will see iOS 27. The launch date for iOS 27 is September 14, 2026. So the release is underway now. Certain iPhone users will get the update immediately. Others won't. The result is based on the handset.
